I have been shopping and have dealt with poor customer service where I would walk into the shop and the sales assistants would completel ignore you and not even greet you hello, no recognition or any eye contact I find is poor quality service.
Task 5:
I have experienced great customer service also, when going out to dinner at one particular pizza place, and the customer service was great as they greeted us, with smiles and friendly tones of voice, and did not irritate us for orders waited until we were ready. The meals came out all together and entrees came separately to mains etc. Overall it was a great experience :)!
